Dr. XueEr Hong

Dentist

Dr. XueEr Hong obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Western University with distinction. Upon graduation, she was honoured with the Outstanding Dental Student Award from the American College of Dentists, Ontario Section. Before becoming a dentist, she completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Dalhousie University and a Master’s degree in Public Health at Western University – experiences that shaped her patient-focused and compassionate approach to care.

Dr. Hong believes that dentistry is not just about healthy smiles, but also about creating lasting, trusting relationships with patients and helping them feel at ease in the dental chair. Her dedication to ethics and professionalism has been recognized through honourary fellowships with the American College of Dentists (2022) and the International College of Dentists (2025). She is passionate about lifelong learning and regularly takes part in continuing education to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry.

Outside the dental office, Dr. Hong loves to dance and spent over 10 years training as a competitive ballroom dancer. She also enjoys time with family, friends, and her much-loved furry companions.
